Pilot
Try it on your databefore deciding anything.
The best way to know whether PlanifAI fits is to see it plan your operation: a pilot scoped to one plant, fleet or service, with your data and your rules, compared with how you plan today.
- Fixed price, agreed before we start
- On a real sample of your data
- Your ERP untouched: spreadsheets are enough
- Success criteria set with you at the start
Five phases, from the first meeting to the decision
- 1
Conversation
One meeting
You tell us what you plan, with which rules and which data. We show you the demo on a similar case and scope the pilot.
- 2
Data and rules
Depends on the data
You share a real sample (Excel or an export) and we write down the rules you apply, including those that only live in someone’s head.
- 3
First plans
Iterative, with weekly reviews
PlanifAI computes plans with your data and we compare them with the real plan: due dates, utilisation, changes.
- 4
Incidents
On your history
We replay real incidents you choose (a rush order, a breakdown, an absence) to see how it replans.
- 5
Decision
At the end
With what was measured on your data, you decide whether to continue, with which scope and in which deployment mode.
The duration depends mainly on two things: how complete your master data is (routings, times, calendars) and whether you work with Excel or an automatic integration. We estimate it once we see your data, not before.
What you bring and what you take away
What we need from you
- Someone who plans today and knows the rules, including the unwritten ones.
- Someone from IT for data access.
- A data sample: resources, orders or assets, and calendar.
- Someone to validate the results and a few hours a week to review them.
- If you need it, we sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving any data. The sample is only used for the pilot.
What you get
- Your case modelled: resources, tasks, rules and objectives.
- Plans computed with your data and compared with the real ones.
- Access to the platform during the pilot.
- A report with what was measured, the data that is missing or needs cleaning, and a proposal to continue.
Success criteria, set at the start
- The criteria are agreed with you at the start, not at the end.
- The indicators we agree on (on-time orders, overtime, days below the minimum…) are measured against your actual plan for the same period.
- Plans meet every hard rule you gave us.
- The planner recognises the operation in the model, or we know what is missing.
- Incidents from your history are replanned in a way you would accept.
How you pay
- Pilot
- Fixed price, agreed before starting. Limited scope: one case and a real data sample.
- Implementation
- Integration with your systems, full modelling and training. Quoted separately, depending on scope.
- Subscription
- Annual, per scope: one plant, one fleet or one service.
The amount depends on scope and deployment mode. We give it to you after the first conversation.
The pilot can run in the cloud we manage, on your servers or on an isolated network. What is modelled in the pilot works for any of the three. Details of each mode→
Questions
Do I need to integrate with my ERP for the pilot?
No. Excel or an export from your system is enough. Automatic integration comes later, if you continue.
Does my data leave my company?
Not unless you want it to: the pilot can run on your servers.
What happens at the end?
You decide whether to go to production. What was modelled in the pilot is reused.
What does a forecasting pilot look like?
On your history: we train on data up to a date and compare with what happened afterwards, against the method you use today. No integration is needed to start.
What if it does not fit?
You will know from your data and the criteria agreed at the start, and you keep the report.
Shall we try it on your data? We will propose a scoped pilot.
We scope the case in a first conversation and send you the pilot proposal with its fixed price.
